Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking proven, quota-carrying sales performers to help us grow our North America customer base.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generate new business in new markets
  • Drive strategic, enterprise-wide software initiatives for prospective customers across all verticals
  • Qualify all leads and sales opportunities
  • Up-sell established customers
  • Leverage established account relationships to develop new business opportunities

Skills/Experience:

Your skill set includes solid sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement, while building satisfied, loyal and referenceable customers. Candidates should also possess:

  • 5+ years in software and/or applications sales selling primarily to the C level, ideally in a CRM, ERP or similar company
  • a background in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business
  • a record of consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
  • ability to travel domestically from a home office
  • BA/BS degree in business, engineering or marketing is preferred or equivalent work experience

Sales Engineer / Solutions Consultant

We are seeking talented technical sales professionals to work with our Sales Managers on new and existing accounts. Ideal candidates have previous experience working with CRM, ERP or related applications in a customer facing role, and have the ability to effectively communicate the value of Xtenza's on demand solutions (both functionally and technically) to prospective customers. This includes the ability to uncover business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, and create and effectively demonstrate solutions that address customer requirements. This role works in a fast-paced high-energy market segment and candidates should be able to successfully balance multiple projects in a team-selling environment. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Understand customer goals and challenges and establish Xtenza's product as the best solution available
  • Build and present customized demonstrations
  • Present Xtenza technology infrastructure, including demonstrating deep familiarity with hardware, software, networking and security stacks
  • Respond effectively to RFPs

Skills/Experience:
  • Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied political environments
  • Solid verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven time management skills in a dynamic sales environment
  • Knowledge of related applications, relational databases, and web technology
  • Basic programming experience in HTML and other web based technologies
  • Previous experience as a sales engineer for a CRM,ERP or similar company
  • BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to travel domestically from a home office

Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking talented sales professionals to drive lead generation, including lead qualification and generating new business from new and existing customers. Responsibilities include:

  • Respond to and qualify Incoming web and phone inquiries regarding Xtenza's products
  • Achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities and closed business
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Sales Manager for further development and closure

Skills/Experience:

  • 5 years of Inside Sales experience (Software Sales a plus) via telephone with a minimum of 3 years achieving/overachieving individual sales quota
  • Technology sales experience
  • Consultative sales approach, solution selling experience
  • CRM, ERP, SaaS sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work effectively from a home office
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
