Xtenza SAAS Applications

Our product philosophy is to provide organizations with “out of the box” (even if there is no box), configurable, web based SAAS applications to automate their inter-enterprise business processes. By putting these processes over the Internet and/or Intranet, Xtenza’s applications enable new levels of collaboration between your organization and the extended or virtual enterprise.

All of our applications are available on SAAS model over a secure Internet connection using a standard web browser to present the application to the user. SAAS applications allow you to quickly implement a new solution for 5 or 500 users with no need to purchase new hardware or install new software on your existing computing infrastructure. Xtenza allows you to try the application for 60 days at no charge before you make a purchasing decision. With standard implementations, you can be using your new applications in a matter of days or even hours. There are no upfront commitments; you can cancel at any time. SAAS application is ideal for small and medium sized (SME) companies that do not have a large in-house IT staff or for any organization that does not want to make a big, upfront capital expenditure commitment to implement a new solution.

Deployment Flexibility

Xtenza offers you a wide range of flexibility in purchasing and installing our applications. Although the fastest implementation is through subscribing to our SAAS applications, we offer multiple acquisition and implementation options.

• SAAS Applications. The advantages of “renting vs. buying” software are explained above.
• On Premise Deployment. You have the option to purchase any of our applications and install them in your IT center for full control. This can be done from the start or you can convert from SAAS to on premise at any time while protecting your investment in customization and data history.
• Application Service Provider. If you have an existing relationship with a third party hosting company, we can work with you to deliver either SAAS or software purchase implementation.
